Chairman's Message (July 2022)

Dear Colleagues

We have come a very intense and productive way since we started in 2017. Last 5 years, our more than 50 strong team across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South Asia has far more to conquer.

Since its inception, we gave and continue to give our utmost effort to make ASWA as a global trader, global supplier both in the region and international markets.

COVID-19 has shown that none of us has an argument that we can readily apply or defend against sudden changes in the world.

During the last pandemic period, when the aviation industry was deeply affected, we, as ASWA Group, had to implement very fast strategies.

By entering the e-commerce market immediately, we provided fastest supply for our customers needs both in the local market and in the international markets. Of course, it was not easy to overcome the difficulties experienced in logistics here, and we created the fastest and most economical synergy by using different alternatives simultaneously. We deliver the ordered products to our customers in nearly 80 countries with zero operational problems. Our customer satisfaction score in major marketplaces is 100%, which shows that we do our job perfectly for our customers.

Even though we didn't want to, we had to leave with some of our teammates to give them better career opportunities. I would like to thank these determined and diligent friends for the support and trust they have given us so far. We fully believe that they will do more successful works in their new careers.

In the coming months, we will continue to grow by gaining a place in new marketplaces in the e-commerce sector. At the same time, we have plans to solve deficiencies with new technology and new software in e-commerce sector , especially in the lack of integration between marketplace, accounting, product management and order management.
